 Number 3 should be used for STAR TEST ONLINE FILES and all PURCHASES REQUIRING YOU to submit PHOTOS and VIDEOS.

3.How To UPLOAD YOUR STAR TEST ONLINE and ALL PHOTO and VIDEO FILES(S), check the box next to Terms of Service link below to agree to the Terms of Service and click the  Transfer-Submit File button below. This will open an anonymous FTP window (it may take a few seconds to open, just wait a minute for the FTP window to open). Simply drag your file(s) into the window to begin the transfer - you may need to  minimize your browser to get to your files. We would like your video to be in the *,wmv format if possible - this is easily done with Windows Movie Maker.  Once the transfer is complete, close the FTP window. Remember, large files can take a long time to transfer - a high-speed connection is recommended!
