You understand that all information, data ,text, music, sound, photographs, video, materials, whether posted publicly or transmitted in private, are the absolute sole responsibility of the person from which the Content originated. STARTESTONLINE.COM, TALENTSONLINE.COM, and Talents International  REJECTS AND DOES NOT ACCEPT OR SUPPORT OBSCENE, OFFENSIVE AND INDECENT MATERIAL CONTENTS . You agree that you will not use our Service to make available to us or use Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or hateful. You agree to indemnify and hold Talents International and all related Divisions, Business Buddies of America, Associated Companies, Associates, Owners, Directors, Scouts, Co-branders, Partners, Business Buddy Associated Companies, Resellers and Employees, harmless from any, and all claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, transmit or make available to us through or use  of our Service, your connection to our Service, your violation of the TERM OF SERVICE agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

Persons taking the STAR TEST (S) MUST BE AT LEAST TWO YEARS OLD OR OLDER, including BOTH MALE AND FEMALE, ADULTS - TEENS - KIDS, however you must be  at least 18 (eighteen) years old or older  to pay for the STAR TEST ONLINE, or sign this agreement. You agree that your must be talent categories must be in Modeling, Acting, Singing including Rap, Dance as used in music video, or  and Music, unless an exception has been made in writing by a Talents International, Owner  or Director.

If you are under 18 years old (eighteen) you must have a parent or legal guardian to sign this agreement  on your behalf before attempting to take our STAR TEST ONLINE/S, MODEL AND TALENT SEARCHES, Talents Online Web Site, Talents Online-Talent Mall, any and all of our Tools, Products, and Services.

Any person accepting this agreement must be 18 years or older, whether acting for himself/herself, or as a parent, or as a legal guardian for the person/s regarding the TERMS OF SERVICE agreement. You certify that you are  at least 18 years old and, additionally if you are a parent , or acting as the legal guarding, you certify  that you are the parent or legal guardian of the listed child whose taking the STAR TEST ON-LINE, therefore are of legal age and able to engage in a legal and binding contract, and to use our SERVICE, or buy our PRODUCTS. As a legal guardian or parent it shall be your responsibility to determine whether any of the services, content and or products are appropriate for your child.

STARTESTONLINE.COM, and Talents International shall reserve the right to have you take and submit your STAR TEST ON-LINE over again, if  you experience any technical difficulties with the STARTESTONLINE.COM Website, and, or TALENTSONLINE.COM Website, Talents Online, Talents Online-Talent Mall that may be out of our control, or for any reason. You would not be charged over again if proven that it is our website with technical difficulties.

You agree that you will not file a lawsuit against, or sue STARTESTONLINE.COM, TALENTSONLINE.COM, and Talents International, Talents On-line, Star Test On-Line, it's Owner/s, or any Company owned by the Owner/s of Talents International, Star Test On-Line, and it's related departments, or associates, employees, Talent Scouts , Resellers, and Co-op Partners. If for any reason you file a law suit against Talents International , you agree that you will pay all court cost and attorney fees for the Parties involved. If in a Court of Law the Judge/Court should, rule in your favor ,you shall agree that regardless to any such technical problems , any kind of difficulty, and or anything thing regarding STARTESTONLINE.COM, Talents International, Talents On-line Website, Stat Test On-Line and all other Departments, Websites, Web Pages ,Products and Services related to, or owned by Talents International, STARTESTONLINE.COM, and it's Owner/s, that our maximum and sole liability to you SHALL ONLY BE  to retake the Star Test On-Line, or, and to make good, by giving an additional product/s, tool/s, or and service/s in which you Paid for, or Paid to take OUR STAR TEST On-Line. Your use of our Service/s and or Product/s is at YOUR SOLE RISK and is provided on an " AS IS ", a WHERE IS, AND an  AS AVAILABLE BASIS.

You shall give STARTESTONLINE.COM, TALENTSONLINE.COM, and Talents International a General  Release for any and all Videos/DVD's/CD's and Photo to publish his/her Videos/DVD's/CD's and Photographs on our TALENTS ON-LINE, and STAR TEST ON-LINE WEBSITES, TALENTS INTERNATIONAL TV. PROMOTIONS, VIDEOS    and Advertisements, the Hot Sheet, Business Buddies of America Web Site, any department or company own by the owner/s of TALENTS INTERNATIONAL, STARTESTONLINE.COM, and TALENTSONLINE.COM.

 

The STAR TEST ON-LINE DIRECTIONS are incorporated into the TERMS OF SERVICE, as if they were  written fully herein  the TERMS  OF SERVICE agreement.

We DO NOT GUARANTEE YOUR RESULTS for being successful, or any amount of income you can earn, even if you pass our STAR TEST ON-LINE , or  IN-STUDIO STAR TEST, or from being a part of our Model and Talent Searches, or, and being including online  as a Model or, and Talent on our Talents Online Web Site, Talents Online-Talent Mall.  You shall acknowledge, understand and agree that if you do take our Star TEST ON-LINE, or and IN-STUDIO STAR TEST/S, or buy any of our product/s, and service/s for any purpose, and, or to model or the talent to act , sing, dance or be in music, you must also be confident and determined, and you alone shall be solely responsible for making a success, and or a career out of the business.

You agree that there shall be NO  REFUNDS, as you are getting immediate access to all STAR TEST ON-LINE information in details and including access to online sample videos, where you are receiving directions through hearing one of our Directors in the samples and seeing an actual talent being directed. We are  providing you  with video and photo samples as a  visual, in order for you to see how you could  perform in your STAR TEST. 

Talents International is NOT a MODELING and TALENT SCHOOL, nor a Management company or Agency. We are a turnkey international Talent Scouting and Service Company with a Promotional department. Person/s signing this agreement must agree with the TERMS OF SERVICE agreement and must also be the legal age of eighteen years old or older in order to sign the TERMS OF SERVICE agreement.

 In consideration of you taking our STAR TEST, and or using our Service, and or buying our Products, you  represent that you are of legal age to engage into a binding agreement and are not a person revoked from receiving services or products under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.   This agreement is intended to be distinct and severable . If  any part of the agreement  is declared unenforceable in a court of law, the balance of the  TERMS OF SERVICE agreement shall remain enforceable. Person/s signing the TERMS OF SERVICE agreement shall indemnify Talents International, Talents On-line any and all departments thereof, their Owner/s, Directors, Associates, Business Affiliates and Employees against and hold them harmless from any and all cost ,expenses, and liabilities of any kind. All notices regarding this agreement ,or anything legal, must be in writing by certified mail. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, in the United States of America and in any court of law designated by Talents International.

You further agree and acknowledge that content and information contained and presented to you through our Services : STAR TESTS, DETAILED STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS related to taking the STAR TEST, SAMPLE STAR TEST VIDEOS, ALL VIDEOS POSTED ON OUR WEBSITES: TALENTSONLINE.COM, GETTALENTSMART.COM,  BUSINESSBUDDIESOFAMERICA.COM, MYBUSINESSBUDDIESOFAMERICA.COM, MYBUSINESSBUDDIES.COM, STARTESTONLINE.COM, STARTESTONLINE.BIZ, STARTESTWORLD.COM , STARTEST.COM, STARTEST.BIZ,  HOTSHEET,  and any related products, services, department or company of Talents International is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree NOT to modify, duplicate, copy , sell, trade, resell, exploit for any commercial purposes, or create derivative works based on our Services, and products stated herein this TERMS OF SERVICE agreement, in part or whole.

Your dealings with other company's services or your participation in any promotions of ,  associates, sponsor - advertisers found on or through Talents On-line, Talents International Hot Sheet, all related Services, and companies to Talents International, including payment, warranties or representations associated with these dealings, are solely between you and that sponsor - advertiser. You agree that Talents International and it's owner/s, and departments of Talents International shall NOT be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any such dealings due to the result of the presence of such sponsor-advertiser on our Websites or service. Talents International provides links to it's websites: talentsonline.com, gettalentsmart.com, businessbuddiesofamerica.com, mybusinessbuddiesofamerica.com, mybusinessbuddies.com,  startestonline.biz, startestonline.com, startestworld.com, startest.com, startest.biz and hotsheet .
